Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter in Phoenix to connect top technology and engineering professionals with client opportunities. You will build relationships with candidates, partner with the sales team, and guide candidates through the end-to-end recruiting process.

You’ll source talent, screen and interview, present fit candidates to clients, and support consultants through onboarding and assignments, while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing and relationships.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.
