Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates using diverse search methods to build a pipeline.
• Screen candidates via resumes, applications, and phone screenings.
• Design and manage job postings and descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews and interview questions.
• Facilitate offers and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR staff to ensure compliance.
• Attend job fairs and events to build relationships.
• Report metrics to operational managers.
