First Coast Security is seeking a Recruiter to source top talent, drive hiring outcomes, and build strong partnerships with our operational leaders in Tempe, Arizona. If you are energetic, results-driven, and enjoy connecting people with meaningful careers, this role is for you.

As a Recruiter, you will own the candidate experience, design job postings and descriptions, conduct screens and reference checks, schedule interviews, assist managers, manage offers and onboarding, and report recruiting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Design and manage job postings, job descriptions and post requirements.
• Perform reference, education and background screenings, as needed.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assist Managers with conducting and attending interviews.
• Communicate with hiring manager and HR staff to ensure properly vetted candidates reach their post.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and discussing employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Attend job fairs and local events to develop relationships and network.
• Manage interview, selection and closing processes.
• Manage metrics and report to operational managers.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is compliant with laws.
• Meet and exceed objectives; focus on client expectations and continuous improvement.
