Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at our Jacksonville location. The RM has full accountability for people, operations, and financial metrics and reports to the Restaurant District Manager.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing health standards, and driving profitable operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on guest service.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service orientation and ability to coach team members.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and staffing.
• Ability to maintain clean, safe restaurant environment and adhere to health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs general housekeeping duties.
• Delegates responsibilities and shift duties and ensures completion.
• Establishes production management processes and oversees food preparation and service.
