Circle K Florahome, FL is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and maintain brand standards. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, control cash and inventory, and ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in fast-paced hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
• Open availability required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and onboarding for all positions
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items meet Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales and inventory control records
• Communicates with Restaurant District Manager as required
• Completes daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, schedules
• Guards safety and reports facility issues to maintenance
• Owns financial and operational metrics to drive profitability
• Trains Restaurant Assistant Manager for absence coverage
