Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Gainesville, FL location. You will manage staff, ensure high guest service standards, and uphold all brand and health regulations while driving profitability.

You will report to the Restaurant District Manager and lead a team to meet key operational metrics. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, keeping the staffing pipeline strong, managing cash and inventory, and implementing brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties while ensuring completion.
• Directs team and ensures food items meet Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records for accuracy.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
