Flaherty & Collins Properties in Columbus, OH, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations in a vibrant community. You will screen prospects, conduct tours, assist with rent collection, coordinate maintenance, and help plan resident events while staying compliant with policies and delivering exceptional service.

A high school diploma and experience in property management are preferred; proficiency with OneSite and MS Office is desirable;

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, leasing, or bookkeeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient with OneSite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations including leasing and maintenance coordination.
• Screen prospective residents and manage move-in/move-out processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency follow-ups.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address service requests.
• Monitor property performance metrics and report findings.
• Plan and execute resident events to foster community.
