Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Heights Linden Square in Linden, MO. You will support the Property Manager with leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations in a vibrant community.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing lease documents, collecting rent, addressing inquiries, and coordinating events to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management, leasing or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Entrata and MS Office preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing activities, tours, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Support daily property operations, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Oversee rent collection and follow-up on delinquencies.
• Coordinate events and contribute to community engagement.
• Provide timely reporting on property performance metrics.
