Olympus Property in Irving, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support residents and manage daily operations on-site. You will help with leasing, resident services, and events, while maintaining accurate financial records and a collaborative work environment.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented mindset and flexibility for after-hours events. Onsite experience preferred, with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing office operations and resident files with discretion.
• Proven ability to handle leasing tasks and assist in showing apartments.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.
• Assist in resident retention efforts and community events.
• Maintain accurate office and resident files with confidentiality.
• Oversee rent collection processes and deposit receipts on a daily basis.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences as needed.
