Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager at Capitol Flats to support residents and manage business operations, maintain financial records, and foster a collaborative work environment. You will assist leasing team with showing apartments, participate in resident retention and community events, and handle rent collection and deposits with accuracy.

The role requires onsite experience and familiarity with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software.

Qualifications

• Onsite apartment community experience preferred.
• Experience with leasing different unit types and resident interactions.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage business operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and deposits.
• Assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident retention.

• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences.
