Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager for Olympus Auburn Lakes in Spring, TX. You will support residents, manage office operations, and assist the Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy in financials, and community events to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Prior onsite experience is preferred; strong software skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross trained Leasing Consultant
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite Software experience strongly preferred
• Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement available

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage office operations
• Assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services
• Foster resident retention through community events
• Maintain accurate financial records and deposits
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in
• Fill in for the Property Manager during absences
• Manage and monitor rental collections and deposits
