Candidates should be comfortable in an office setting, able to assist with showing apartments, handling resident services, and participating in retention events. Strong software skills and a customer-first mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments or managing property operations.
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage/Knock/Onesite).
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, with after-hours events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and resident files with confidentiality.
• Manage money collection and deposits; ensure accurate entries.
• Assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.
• Inspect makes-ready units prior to move-in and coordinate with team.
• Step in for the Business Manager when needed and supervise staff.
