Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager for Olympus Auburn Lakes in Spring, TX. You will support residents, manage operations, and maintain accurate financial records, while fostering a collaborative environment.

You will assist Leasing with showing apartments, provide resident service, and participate in retention events. Onsite experience and RealPage/Knock/Onesite familiarity are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience strongly preferred.
• Flexibility for after-hours resident events and/or the first weekend of each month.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the office and resident files with integrity and confidentiality.
• Safeguard and deposit all monies received; enter into operations system promptly.
• Address resident comments and complaints in a timely manner.
• Assist in leasing responsibilities including showing apartments as needed.
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Ensure team members are friendly and available to residents and coworkers.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences and as needed.
• Manage and monitor rental collections and deposits; issue final statements for moves-outs.
