Job summary

Olympus Waterside Estates in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support residents, oversee daily operations, and keep accurate financial records. The role requires an energetic, detail-oriented professional who can work with the leasing team and handle resident events.

You will manage rent collections, coordinate makes-ready inspections, and step in for the Property Manager when needed. Onsite experience and familiarity with RealPage/Knock/Onesite are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting residents and leasing teams.
• Familiarity with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage business operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and deposits.
• Assist Leasing team with showing apartments.
• Participate in resident retention and community events.
• Inspect makes ready apartments prior to move in.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences.
• Manage rental collections and deposits.
• Address resident comments and complaints promptly.
