Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager to support residents and oversee daily property operations at Olympus Emerald Coast in Florida. The role involves leasing when needed, maintaining resident files, and ensuring accurate financial records while fostering a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an office setting, with availability for after-hours events and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Maintaining the office and resident files with integrity
• Promptly attending to resident comments and/or complaints
• Experience with rent collection and basic accounting processes
• Onsite assistant management experience or cross-trained leasing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage day-to-day property operations
• Lease apartments when needed
• Inspect units prior to move-in
• Handle resident comments and complaints
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences
• Ensure rent deposits are timely and accurate
