Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager for Olympus Auburn Lakes, to support residents, oversee daily operations, and maintain precise financial records in a hands-on apartment community.

You will collaborate with Leasing to show units, assist with resident services, and contribute to retention and events, with a focus on accuracy and customer care. Strong attention to detail and willingness to engage with residents are essential.

Qualifications

• Available Full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
• Flexibility for after-hours resident events and/or the first weekend of each month
• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or a cross trained Leasing Consultant
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite Software experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage business operations
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services
• Participate in resident retention efforts and community events
• Fill in for the Property Manager during absences
• Collect rent and deposit receipts daily
• Inspect makes ready apartments prior to move-in
• Monitor rental collections and communicate liabilities or violations
