Job summary

Audacy Washington DC radio stations are hiring Part-Time Promotion Coordinators to help execute on-site appearances at sport venues and other events. Must be a “people person” with a flexible schedule, available nights and weekends, and motivated, responsible, and friendly. Reports to the Regional Promotion Director.

Must be able to lift and carry equipment and drive an SUV. We offer an evergreen posting and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry equipment.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment.
• Must have high school degree.
• A valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance if using own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute on site appearances at station events and client events as scheduled.
• Set up and staff station events and remote broadcasts
• Conduct on-site contests
• Distribute promotional items
• Promote a positive station image
• Other duties as required by management
