Job summary

Audacy Miami is seeking a Promotions Assistant to support event productions, live broadcasts, and brand activations across six South Florida brands. The role offers a part-time, flexible schedule with on-site/hybrid work arrangements and hands-on experience in events, social media, and promotions.

The position requires weekend and evening availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

Must be outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Event Support – Set up, run, and break down station appearances, live broadcasts, concerts, and festivals. Manage brand activations, signage, equipment, and promotional assets.
Content & Social Media – Capture and share photos/video from events, create content and contribute to station social media accounts, assist with event recap materials, and create digital assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and more.
Contests & Promotions – Conduct sweepstakes/contests, contact winners, distribute prizes, and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with company and FCC/FTC guidelines.
Office/Admin Support – Assist with contest & on site event activation preparation, equipment/promotional inventory, and general promotions team support.
Brand Representation – Be a positive, inviting, and charismatic professional ambassador for Audacy brands at all times.
