Sargent Electric Company in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Construction Scheduler for the Mission Critical business unit. The role develops, maintains, and manages detailed schedules for large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, with local travel to project sites.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Construction Management or related field and proven Primavera P6 scheduling experience, plus strong communication skills for stakeholders and field teams.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules.
• Ability to translate complex schedule information for stakeholders.
• Experience with construction management tools such as BuildingConnected, Vista, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Procore, ProjectSite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project schedules from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop Primavera P6 schedules and maintain baselines, updates, milestones, and critical path.
• Drive field updates with project managers, superintendents, and field teams.
• Integrate electrical scope into schedules across underground, grounding, raceway, cables, and equipment.
• Incorporate procurement, prefabrication, BIM coordination, and long-lead deliveries.
• Analyze critical path and risks; support mitigation and recovery plans.
• Report schedule performance with baseline-versus-actual analyses and milestones.
• Translate schedule into near-term look-aheads aligned with resources and priorities.
• Coordinate electrical schedule with the general contractor master schedule.
• Plan commissioning and turnover milestones including testing and documentation.
• Communicate schedule status and establish scheduling standards and best practices.
• Champion safety culture and pursue ongoing learning and development.
• Perform additional duties as delegated by Sargent Electric leadership.
