Job summary

Ohio Fabricators is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily shop floor operations for hydraulic, lube, and fuel filtration production. You will supervise 8–10 production associates, execute production plans, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards.

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
Exposure to hydraulic or engineered products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time completion of work.
Directly supervise and lead 8–10 production associates.
Train and cross-train employees on equipment, processes, and standard work.
Ensure all products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Enforce safety policies and PPE requirements.
