Job summary

MANUFACTURING COMPANY is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team, drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of supervision and a background in manufacturing technology or business management.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, problem-solving on the shop floor, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with other departments to maintain productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Ability to train, lead and schedule a production team.
• Knowledge of quality control practices and KPIs.
• Proficiency with computer applications to track metrics and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and schedule the production team to meet daily targets.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and drive corrective actions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve workflow and reduce scrap.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and safety.
