Job summary

Hendrickson in Hebron, Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to allocate staffing resources for Fabrication or Assembly and supervise hourly and salaried team members to meet production goals. You will lead daily shift meetings, manage time sheets and payroll sign-off, enforce policies, and drive 5S initiatives and safety compliance across the department.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented with analytical and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to lead a group toward common goals.
• Computer literate using Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Ensure PPE, safety devices are used and policies followed.
• Supervision and Leadership: Supervise hourly and salary Employees on the assigned shift and manage time sheets.
• Training: Oversee training and maintain documentation; update work instructions.
• Operations: Plan and execute production schedules, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement.
