Job summary

Oak View Group in Sioux Falls is seeking a Prep Cook to support fast-paced kitchen operations during concerts, family shows and events. You will prep ingredients, follow recipes, maintain station cleanliness and help prepare suite and concessions orders.

The role is part-time with an hourly wage of $18.00–$20.00, and includes benefits such as a 401(k) plan and matching. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred in a professional setting.
• Ability to follow recipes and daily prep lists accurately.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and prep lists.
• Set up and stock workstations; maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with mise en place for hot/cold items and concession orders.
• Support kitchen team during events and high-demand periods.
