Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates franchisee in Chandler, AZ, is hiring certified Pilates instructors to lead group reformer classes and private sessions. You may teach at one studio or across multiple Empowered Pilates locations depending on availability.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification with 500+ hours of apparatus training.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction.
• Energetic, positive, inclusive, and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards
• Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class, using equipment such as Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, Bosu, and more
• Prepare creative class flows that are challenging and level-appropriate
• Uphold core values to foster a positive, inclusive studio culture
• Conduct private, semi-private sessions, workshops, and events as needed
• Inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety and proper function
• Maintain a clean, orderly workout environment
• Assist with membership sales and client check-in
• Participate in events to promote the studio
• Promote revenue through retail, memberships, and services with the weekly message
• Be a motivating force to promote the motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
• Other duties as assigned
