Empowered Pilates is seeking Certified Pilates Instructors for our Scottsdale and Paradise Valley studios. You will lead studio-reformers classes and private sessions, guiding clients of all levels with a contemporary approach to classical exercises.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification with 500+ hours of experience or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Energetic, positive, inclusive and motivational teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards.
• Provide safe, effective workouts for up to 12 members per class using Reformers and other equipment.
• Prepare creative class flows that are challenging and level-appropriate.
• Uphold core values for a positive, inclusive studio culture.
• Conduct private and semi-private sessions, workshops and events as needed.
• Inspect equipment before classes and maintain a clean workout environment.
• Assist with membership check-ins and studio promotion.
