Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates franchisee, seeks Certified Pilates Instructors for Queen Creek studios (Queen Creek, Eastmark). Instructors may teach at one studio or across multiple locations based on availability.

The ideal candidate is positive, enthusiastic and passionate about helping others live healthier lives. We work with Balanced Body equipment and offer group and private sessions in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification with 500+ hours of experience or equivalent is a plus).
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Energetic, positive, inclusive, and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
• Focus on exceptional customer service, including professional and effective communication.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards.
• Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class using equipment (Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, etc.).
• Prepare creative class flows that are challenging and level-appropriate.
• Uphold core values and foster a positive, inclusive studio culture.
• Conduct private and semi-private sessions, workshops, and events as needed.
• Inspect equipment prior to each class to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment.
• Assist with membership sales and client check-ins.
• Promote studio through events and retail, delivering the studio message after each class.
• Be a motivating force and embody our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
• Other duties as assigned.
