Empowered Pilates in Gilbert, AZ is hiring Certified Pilates Instructors to join our Club Pilates family. You can teach at a single studio or build a schedule across multiple Empowered Pilates locations, based on availability and studio needs.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification (500+ hours experience or equivalent is a plus).
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction.
• Energetic, positive, inclusive, and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
• Focus on exceptional customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards.
• Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class with varied equipment.
• Prepare creative, level-appropriate class flows.
• Uphold core values for a positive, inclusive studio culture.
• Conduct private sessions and workshops as needed.
• Inspect equipment prior to each class for safety.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workout environment.
• Assist with membership sales and client check-in.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Promote studio revenue through retail, memberships, events.
• Be a motivating force to embody 'Do Pilates. Do Life.'
• Other duties as assigned.
