Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates franchisee, is seeking certified Pilates instructors for Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. You will teach group reformer-based classes, work with clients of varying experience, and help members achieve health and fitness goals in a supportive studio.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification with 500+ hours of experience is preferred.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style.
• Ability to adapt to multiple studios and class levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead group reformer and mat classes per Club Pilates standards.
• Provide safe, effective workouts for up to 12 clients per class.
• Develop creative class flows and maintain equipment.
• Support membership sales and studio events.
• Maintain clean, safe studio environment and professional conduct.
