Empowered Pilates in Tempe-area studios is seeking Certified Pilates Instructors to join our Club Pilates family. We offer the chance to teach at one studio or across multiple Empowered Pilates locations, based on availability and studio needs.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates with 500+ hours of experience or equivalent)
• Experience teaching group classes
• Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction
• Energetic, positive, inclusive teaching style
• Capable of a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
• Focus on exceptional customer service and professional communication
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
• Adapt and evolve in a fast-paced, diverse environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards
• Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class using equipment (Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, etc.)
• Create creative class flows that are challenging and level-appropriate
• Uphold our core values and foster a positive, inclusive studio culture
• Conduct private, semi-private sessions, workshops, and events as needed
• Inspect equipment before classes to ensure safety and readiness
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout space
• Assist with membership check-in and sales
• Promote studio events and revenue through services and programs
• Inspire others with the motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
• Other duties as assigned
