Job summary

Empowered Pilates in Mesa is looking for Certified Pilates Instructors to lead group reformer classes at one or more Mesa-area studios. You will teach up to 12 clients per class using equipment such as reformers, Exo-Chair, and more, and adapt flows for all levels.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus) with 500+ hours of experience or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Energetic, positive, inclusive, and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of delivering safe, challenging workouts across varying experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes following Club Pilates standards and equipment.
• Provide safe, effective workouts for up to 12 members per class.
• Prepare creative, level-appropriate class flows.
• Conduct private and semi-private sessions as needed and assist with studio events.
