Empowered Pilates is hiring Certified Pilates Instructors for Phoenix-area studios. Lead group reformer classes and private sessions, working across multiple locations with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have current Pilates certification with 500+ hours or equivalent.
• Experience teaching group classes is required.
• Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction.
• Energy, positivity, inclusivity and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Reliable, punctual and dedicated to the role.
• Strong focus on exceptional customer service and communication.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate well with others.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, diverse studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards.
• Deliver safe, effective workouts for up to 12 members per class using multiple apparatus.
• Create creative class flows suitable for different levels.
• Uphold core values to maintain a positive, inclusive studio culture.
• Conduct private and semi-private sessions as needed.
• Inspect equipment before classes and maintain a clean workout space.
• Assist with membership sales and check-ins.
• Participate in studio events and promotions.
• Promote studio revenue through retail and services; share the 'Message of the Week' after class.
• Be a motivating, inspiring presence embodying 'Do Pilates. Do Life.'
