Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• PTA license and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans under therapist supervision.
• Select activities to meet patient goals and provide discharge instructions.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely according to protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive patient environment.
• Engage in professional development, mandatory training and team activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients with respect.
