Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; possess valid PT licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Demonstrate effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and revise goals with patient input; provide education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment goals and discharge plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information according to guidelines.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication.
• Participate in meetings and process improvements.
• Apply AIDET, foster a positive environment, and encourage collaboration.
• Complete required education, competencies, and orientation for new staff.
