JAG Physical Therapy in Toms River, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our care-first outpatient team. You will assess patients, develop creative treatment plans, and guide recovery to maximize function.

Qualifications include a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, NJ licensure, experience with EMR, and strong communication. We offer sign-on, relocation bonuses, and a supportive, growth-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy; NY/NJ CEU requirements may apply.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient data per department and payer guidelines.
• Perform initial evaluations and daily notes with plan of care.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient education and training for ADLs/IADLs and home programs.
• Oversee PTA, ATC, and aides; participate in annual billing and coding seminars.
• Promote JAG in the community through lectures and presentations.
