Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient care data per guidelines and billing requirements.
• Establish treatment plan based on evaluation and goals; collaborate with team.
• Provide patient education and training; supervise PTA, ATC, aides.
• Oversee documentation via PROMPT EMR and ensure safe, effective treatments.
