Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
• Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ).
• Valid CPR License.

Responsibilities

• Collects and records patient care data following guidelines.
• Selects and administers tests and measures.
• Establishes treatment plan based on evaluation results.
• Provides education/training to patients and support systems.
• Oversees support staff of PTA, ATC, PT aides.

Skills

Excellent oral, written communication

Strong clinical decision-making skills

Basic computer skills

Experience/knowledge with EMR software

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required

Doctorate degree preferred
