Job summary

• Licensed to practice as physical therapist in California.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services per physician's plan of care.
• Assesses therapeutic status and participates in total plan of care.
• Evaluates muscle strength, mobility, gait and ROM for rehab.
• Directs physical therapy treatment.
• Instructs patients and caregivers on use of therapeutic devices.
• Reports patient response to treatment to physician.
• Instructs and trains staff in therapy goals.
• Supervises PT assistants per policy and state regulations.
• Adheres to attendance and reliability guidelines.
