Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; Doctorate preferred
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ
• Completed state CEU requirements (NY, NJ)
• Valid CPR license
• Experience with EMR software
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong clinical decision-making
• Positive professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop plans of care
• Record patient care data and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Oversee PTA, ATC, PT aides
• Provide patient education and training
• Ensure treatment is safe and effective
