Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The role includes evaluations, modalities, and treatments to improve function and reduce pain, under the supervision of the PT team.

The clinician will collaborate with PT assistants, support staff, and undergo ongoing staff orientation as needed, ensuring safe and effective therapies for diverse patient groups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT.
• Must maintain current CEUs as required by the State.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients to help them reach the highest level of independence.
• Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function and relieve pain.
• Provides patient care to all age groups and may orient and guide assigned staff or assistants.
