Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT required.
• Must maintain current CEUs as required by the State.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services for designated patients.
• Conducts evaluations and treatments to restore function.
• Responsible for the care of patients treated by assistants.
• Guides assigned staff as necessary.

Required Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8am-4:30pm or Sunday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach the highest level of physical independence. Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to all age groups including pediatric, adult and geriatric. Responsible for the care of patients treated by physical therapist assistants. May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT Required
• Education: Must maintain current CEU's as by the State
• Work Experience: 2 years of experience Preferred
• Licenses and Certifications: Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges in Georgia Required
• Licenses and Certifications: BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
