Job summary

Life Care Center of Attleboro, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT), active state license, CPR certification, and preferably 1 year in post-acute care. This in-person role requires teamwork, proficient documentation, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Active state license in good standing.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.
• Plan for patient needs with liaison to patients/families and departments.
• Follow physical therapy treatment plans and assess/modify goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software.
