Job summary

HUB International is actively seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support clients and manage a book of insurance with independent discretion. You will collaborate with Producers and HUB teams to service accounts, renewals, and client communications.

The role requires 3+ years of personal lines experience in a brokerage, strong organization, and solid communication with clients and carriers. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred).
• Have at least 3+ years of related personal lines experience within a brokerage environment.
• Able to interact confidently with all levels within the organization.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with Producers on client service, marketing, and renewal following HUB practices.
• Provides professional service to clients, carriers, and colleagues to maintain retention.
• Prepares transactions and paperwork for assigned accounts.
• Analyzes clients' objectives and compares plans for suitability.
• Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell HUB products when appropriate.
