Job summary

ITS Logistics is hiring a Small Parcel Coordinator to support our fast-paced Distribution & Fulfillment team. You will monitor shipments end-to-end, manage parcel data for monthly reviews, and maintain accurate client records in portals. The role emphasizes customer communication and proactive issue resolution.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Excel/Outlook. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Tracking & Visibility across carrier platforms and systems with 100% visibility and proactive updates.
• Data Management & Reporting including metrics like cost per package, cycle time, weight, and dimensions for monthly reviews.
• Responding to customer inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and documenting in portals.
• Handle carrier claims from initiation through resolution with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments at ITS facilities and off-site locations.
• Organize and maintain team documents, SOPs, and reference materials.
• Support client invoicing with data verification.
