Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a motivated Outside Sales Support professional to assist the sales team in California, providing product information, demonstrations, and bid support to help close deals.

The role includes maintaining CRM records, coordinating with teammates, scheduling meetings, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with customer inquiries and provide necessary product information and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team in managing and closing deals by providing timely follow-up and customer communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.
