Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC in Northborough, MA is seeking an Outbound Specialist for a full-time Call Center role. You will be the friendly voice reaching out to prospective customers, create excitement, build rapport, and set quality appointments using our proven methodology.

You will meet or exceed daily and monthly goals, perform accurate data entry with call notes, and handle additional duties as assigned. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience and excellent communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience, or more is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with openness to feedback.
• Able to work independently and stay self‑motivated.
• Confident and outgoing on the phone.
