Hoch Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will educate new patients on treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and build strong relationships to keep the schedule full.

Responsibilities include presenting plans, educating patients on payments, following up for consultations, and coordinating referrals as needed, while supporting local marketing efforts.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Educate patients on treatment options and present treatment plans.
• Explain financial options and educate on payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment and set up consultations.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
