Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and collaborating with our partner drivers to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, flexibility across shifts, and familiarity with basic web apps like Google G-Suite. Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus, with ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk through shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work across multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Capable of standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 49 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and ensure counts match PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Handle waste and spoilage following FIFO guidelines.
• Interact with customers for substitutes or out-of-stock items.
