Job summary

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing, receiving products, and coordinate with drivers to support delivery workflows.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 49 pounds, and working a fluid schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior restaurant or retail experience is preferred; basic Google G-Suite skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Proficient with basic web-based software.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and verify inventory against orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving.
• Clean and organize facility.
• Handle tobacco/nicotine/alcohol products.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items for customers.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Move products using carts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Assist with substitutions/out-of-stock items by contacting customers.
