Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our fast-paced team in Houston. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive product from vendors, and manage inventory while supporting drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with flexible shifts across 1st–3rd. Training is provided, and safety is a priority in all activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic familiarity with web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory against orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Handle, scan and move product safely using equipment.
• Maintain FIFO to control waste and spoilage.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
