Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our on-site team in Atlanta, GA. You will pick and pack orders for dispatch, receive product, verify inventory, and collaborate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

We value flexibility across 1st–3rd shifts, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and basic computer skills. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k), employee discounts, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule across 1st–3rd shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory against PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment.
• Work in freezer locations as needed.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
